개발자 windul2dblp (Windul2)(이하 “개발자”)는 홍보글자 모션(이하 “앱”) 사용자의 개인정보를 존중합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 사용자 및 기기 정보를 어떻게 접근·처리·보관·공유하는지 설명합니다.

• 프로젝트와 편집 내용은 개발자의 자체 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
• 앱은 회원가입, 광고, 맞춤형 광고, 행동 추적 또는 외부 분석 기능을 사용하지 않습니다.
• 인터넷 연결은 Google Play 결제 기능 및 사용자가 직접 선택한 외부 링크를 열 때 사용될 수 있습니다.
• 사용자가 오류 내용을 이메일 등으로 직접 전달하지 않는 한 오류 기록은 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 외부 서비스

개발자는 사용자 정보를 판매하지 않으며 광고업체나 데이터 중개업체에 제공하지 않습니다.

• Google Play: 인앱결제, 구매 확인, 환불 및 부정 사용 방지를 위해 결제·구매 관련 정보를 처리합니다. 일부 주문 및 구매 상태 정보는 Play Console에서 개발자에게 제공될 수 있습니다.
• 외부 링크: 사용자가 네이버지도, 카카오맵, Google 지도 등의 URL을 직접 입력하거나 열면 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
• Android 백업: 사용자의 기기 또는 Google 계정 백업 설정에 따라 앱의 로컬 데이터가 운영체제의 백업 기능으로 보관·복원될 수 있습니다.

5. 앱 권한 사용

• 인터넷: Google Play 결제 연결과 사용자가 선택한 외부 링크 실행에 사용합니다.
• Google Play 결제: PRO 영구 이용권 구매·복원·확인에 사용합니다.
• 저장공간(Android 9 이하): 사용자가 요청한 결과 파일 저장에만 사용합니다. 최신 Android에서는 시스템의 미디어 저장 방식을 사용합니다.

앱은 위치, 연락처, 통화기록, 문자, 카메라 또는 마이크 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

6. 정보 보호

앱은 프로젝트를 가능한 한 기기 내부에서 처리하고, 암호화되지 않은 네트워크 통신을 허용하지 않으며, 결제는 Google Play가 제공하는 보안 결제 절차를 이용합니다. 다만 어떠한 전자적 저장·전송 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

7. 보관 및 삭제

• 프로젝트·설정: 사용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 운영체제 백업에 남은 사본은 사용자의 Android 또는 Google 백업 설정에 따라 관리됩니다.
• 생성 파일: 사용자가 기기에서 직접 삭제할 때까지 남아 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 다운로드 폴더의 결과물이 함께 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다.
• 오류 기록: 사용자가 앱의 기록 삭제 기능을 사용하거나 새로운 앱 버전으로 갱신하면 제거될 수 있으며, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 제거로도 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 구매 기록: Google Play가 관련 법령 및 자체 정책에 따라 관리합니다. 개발자는 자체 결제 서버에 구매 토큰을 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.
• 이메일 문의: 문의 해결에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 처리 완료 후 1년 이내 삭제합니다. 법적 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

앱은 사용자 계정을 만들지 않으므로 별도의 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다.

8. 사용자의 선택과 권리

• 기기 설정에서 앱의 저장공간 또는 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 파일 관리 앱에서 생성된 결과물을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• Google Play 또는 Google 계정 설정에서 구매 내역과 백업 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다.
• 문의 이메일로 본인이 제공한 문의 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 특별히 대상으로 제작되지 않았으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 관련 사실을 알게 된 경우 문의 이메일로 알려주시면 필요한 조치를 취합니다.

10. 방침의 변경

앱 기능, 적용 법령 또는 외부 서비스가 변경되면 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 이 페이지의 최종 수정일을 갱신하고 필요한 경우 앱 또는 스토어 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

windul2dblp (Windul2) (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”) respects the privacy of users of Promo Text Motion (Korean title: 홍보글자 모션; “the App”). This policy explains how the App accesses, processes, stores, and shares user and device data.

2. Information processed by the App

• Project data: promotional text, project names, QR URLs, colors, effects, resolution, preferences, and other editing settings are processed in local app storage on the device.
• Created files: images, videos, or other outputs are saved to the device only when the user requests a save.
• Crash diagnostics: app version, Android version, device manufacturer/model, and an error stack may be stored locally after a crash. This information is not sent automatically and reaches us only if the user manually copies and sends it.
• Purchase data: Google Play Billing processes the product ID, purchase state, and purchase token to activate or restore the lifetime PRO entitlement. We do not receive full payment-card details.
• Support inquiries: if a user emails us, we process the email address and message solely to respond and resolve the issue.

3. Collection and transmission

• Project and editing content is not uploaded to a server operated by the Developer.
• The App does not use user accounts, advertising SDKs, personalized advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics.
• Internet access may be used for Google Play Billing and to open an external link explicitly selected by the user.
• Crash information is not transmitted unless the user chooses to share it.

4. Third parties

We do not sell user data or provide it to advertisers or data brokers.

• Google Play: processes payment and purchase data for billing, entitlement verification, refunds, and fraud prevention. Certain order and purchase-status information may be available to us through Play Console.
• External links: services such as Naver Map, Kakao Map, or Google Maps apply their own privacy policies when the user opens their URLs.
• Android backup: depending on device and Google Account backup settings, local app data may be backed up or restored by the operating system.

5. Permissions

• Internet: Google Play Billing and user-selected external links.
• Google Play Billing: purchase, restore, and verification of the lifetime PRO product.
• Storage on Android 9 or earlier: saving an output requested by the user. Newer Android versions use the system media-storage mechanism.

The App does not request location, contacts, call logs, SMS, camera, or microphone permission.

6. Security

We minimize transmission by processing projects locally, disallow cleartext network traffic, and use Google Play's secure billing flow. No electronic storage or transmission method can, however, guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and deletion

• Projects and settings: remain on the device until the user clears app data or uninstalls the App. Backup copies are controlled through Android or Google backup settings.
• Created files: remain until the user deletes them. Uninstalling the App might not remove outputs saved in a public download folder.
• Crash records: may be removed by the App's clear-record function, an app-version update, clearing app data, or uninstalling.
• Purchase records: are retained by Google Play according to applicable law and Google's policies. We do not separately retain purchase tokens on our own server.
• Email inquiries: are retained only as needed to resolve the inquiry and deleted within one year after resolution, unless a longer period is legally required.

The App does not create user accounts, so there is no separate app-account deletion process.

8. User choices and rights

Users can clear local app data in device settings, delete created files through a file manager, manage purchases and backups through Google Play or Google Account settings, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information supplied in a support inquiry.

9. Children

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the App, applicable law, or third-party services change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
